Merry Christmas!

Christmas 1984 - San Diego, California
With my unicorn and a My Little Pony castle

Wishing all of you the child-like magic and wonder of Christmas! Thank you for making this such a great blogging year. I've loved getting to know new friends and learning more about each of you. I can't wait to continue the journey in 2012. Happy Holidays!

What's been your favorite thing about blogging this year? What's your favorite Christmas memory/toy from your childhood?

Such a cutie! I've loved getting to know so many people. October of this year marked my full ONE year of blogging. I can't tell you how amazing it has been. I've made life-long friends!

My favorite toy might have been a record player with Disco Disney and Strawberry Shortcake in NY records! Or anything Barbie!

Merry Christmas, Stacy! So glad to know you!

LOVE the pic. I loved the year my brother taped an easel to the bottom of the coffee table and made my oldest brother go on a treasure hunt to find it.

OH, and blogging. It's all about you guys. The fellow bloggers.

I've loved meeting new people. I've made so many friends through blogging. It has been so much fun. And my favorite memory? When my parents gave me my pedal harp. Can't remember what age, but it was the BEST! :D

I would have killed for a unicorn like that when I was a kid!!! Lacking unicorn toys, I was forced to write about them instead....

Yay for the child-like magic of Christmas!

My sister had that My Little Pony castle! You're adorable in that pic.

My favorite thing about blogging has been getting to know so many writers! My favorite toy from childhood I got for Christmas when I was eight. It was a mini piano and bench. I still have it!

Margo - I liked unicorns as a kid too - I collected some unicorn stuff but I don't think I have any of it now.

Peggy - How cool you got a little piano and bench - that you still have too! I don't have any toys from when I was a kid except some dolls. Probably should have at least kept my Barbies.

Mina - Thanks! We had a great holiday, especially the day after Christmas when we just hung around the house as a family. :)
